As a certified coach, you’ve already been taught ICF’s Code of Ethics and Core Competencies in your training programs. We go beyond the initial application and share real world examples, provide tools and language frameworks to help you navigate sticky and uncertain situations.

We encourage open discussions, real-time coaching practice, and reflective feedback to help you lock in the skills that you can later apply to your recorded sessions for your credential applications and a deeper knowledge to leverage in your Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA).

Whether you join a cohort or sign up for private sessions, you become a part of our Spitfire Coaching Community and can connect with other coaches while you share and learn from one another.

FAQs

  • Once we have two or more people interested, we will start a cohort unless we have dates otherwise posted.

  • The group program is 7 total hours over 5 sessions.

    Session 1: 1 hour

    Session 2: 1.5 hours

    Session 3: 1.5 hours

    Session 4: 1.5 hours

    Session 5: 1.5 hours

  • ICF requires that mentor coaching be at least 3 months from start to finish. Day 1 is when we begin our first group session. The final day is when you book your last private session. This duration is based on availability and scheduling and can be done within the 3 month minimum or longer.

  • We ask that you complete and commit to the 5 coaching sessions as others are depending on your participation. We ask that you complete your 3 private coaching sessions within one year of the first group session.
